I moved to Luxembourg like so many of the mothers I now support โ building a life and a family in a country that wasn't my own, without the village that usually shows up around a new baby. I know what it's like to navigate a system in a language that isn't yours, to feel far from your own mother and sisters when you need them most.
My background is in engineering and corporate project management โ a world of plans, timelines, and problem-solving. Birth taught me that the most important plans are the ones that stay flexible, and the best support is steady, present, and genuinely listens.
Founding New Diversity ASBL, a neurodiversity-focused non-profit, shaped how I show up in this work too. Every family is different, every nervous system is different, and good care adapts โ it doesn't ask you to fit a mould.
Today I split my time between doula support, 1:1 health coaching, and building spaces โ like the Birth Circle โ where mothers can be fully themselves.
